Key points:

Cabling encased in stainless steel conduit needed to be fixed from the roadway to the base of Pier number 14 – a distance of 40 metres above the the river Derwent.
Obviously the logistics of accessing the under deck of the bridge from the water 40M below called for some serious problem solving.
The use of technical rope access techniques in conjunction with our powered person lifting hoists allowed the work to be completed with minimal fuss and in a timely fashion.
